Hello, I’m Stephanie, a licensed social worker (LMSW) specializing in counseling and therapy for individuals, couples, and families. My primary focus is supporting older adults as they navigate new life stages and experiences around aging.

Whether you're experiencing the loss of a loved one, dealing with an illness for yourself or someone close to you, adjusting to retirement, downsizing your home, or preparing to move into a care facility, I’m here to provide guidance and support during these significant changes. I provide a safe space for clients to process emotions associated with change, such as anxiety, uncertainty, or grief. I also assist my clients in setting clear goals for their life-cycle transition, including identifying desired outcomes and creating actionable plans. 

Taking on these life stages doesn’t have to be done alone. I work with each client to understand their unique situation and develop tailored strategies for management.
